Beautiful pool area and thoughtful amenities.

My stay was unfortunately marred by several issues. The room we were initially shown felt more like a dungeon than a getaway. On top of that, the hot tub was in a dangerous condition, making it impossible to relax. I was disappointed by how filthy the room was, with a thick layer of dust decorating everything. It just wasn't the experience we expected.

The views from the room were absolutely stunning, making our stay truly memorable.

The noise from the street at night was quite disruptive, affecting our sleep.

I had an amazing time sipping coffee while lounging by the beautiful outdoor pool and exploring the lush garden area. The peaceful sun terrace was perfect for relaxing, though the bathroom doors could use a little more privacy. Just a heads up to future guests, I highly recommend trying out the room with the balcony overlooking the garden for an even better experience! 😊

We enjoyed our time at the pool, and the kids loved the sandy beach nearby. The location is perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. The staff was attentive, especially with our baby.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly menu options.

This place stole my heart as soon as I arrived! I was greeted with a refreshing margarita and delicious chips, setting the perfect tone for my stay. The king studio was a cozy little paradise with fine jungle views.

This place suits me perfectly! With free wi-fi, outdoor dining, and a lovely pool, it has everything I need. The staff once helped me with exchanging money, which I really appreciated. I’m returning for a business trip!

Cozy stay with great character

The room was so comfy with a view of the river. I loved the complimentary margarita and chips on arrival. The outdoor pool was perfectly warm, and the staff were super friendly and gave awesome recommendations. There’s a cozy kitchen for guests and the hot tub was a great bonus too!

Charming hotel with beautiful decor and comfortable room. Great location by the river, just a short walk to the beach. The staff greeted me warmly with a welcome margarita, which hit the spot after my travels. I loved the spacious patio overlooking the river, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious and a nice start to my day. Friendly staff, especially Marta and Alejandro, who provided excellent restaurant recommendations. One issue, though, the bathroom lacked privacy, not ideal for friends sharing. Otherwise, everything was enjoyable, just a minor detail to consider.

This hotel has an incredible ambiance with its charming décor and lush gardens, making it a perfect peaceful retreat. The staff was exceptionally attentive, always going out of their way to ensure a relaxing experience. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast by the river and the lovely pool area. One downside was the shower pressure, which could be improved for a better experience.

The staff treated me like family and even whipped up margaritas and guacamole just for me when I walked in. The room was like a cozy hideaway with views of the river it felt like I was in my own little paradise every morning when I woke up to it.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but worth every penny.
